Shipping Time.

The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location, whether the item is in stock and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-28 day delivery time. Almost all deliveries are completed in 7 to 14 business days, however. The minimum order is $10.00 before shipping. Shipping costs are excessive for small orders often much more than the item itself. You can keep your shipping costs down by ordering more goods. Remember that most of you will pay no sales tax.


Special Instructions for Ordering Tools

Due to the weight of some tools the shipping costs may not be calculated correctly. On all tool orders I will get actual shipping costs after your order is placed and if the charges are more than you paid then I will contact you to get permission to charge the extra to your credit card. Also some tools require buying in multiple quantities. This is true for most items costing less than $2.00. If this is the case I will notify you before placing the order. Also my suppliers often are out of certain items and although we try to keep the website current there may be some items that are out of stock. Your money will be refunded for all out-of-stock items.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Some of the machinery and tools will require shipment by truck. This will require recalculation of shipping costs in some cases. You will always be contacted prior to any additional charges to your card.

Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not
responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects and Warranties. We offer no warranties on products sold here. You can purchase a warranty on some tools. All warranties are backed up by the manufacturer. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect then we can arrange an exchange or refund. Contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Be sure to register your merchandise with the manufacturer as soon as possible so that manufacturers warranties will be honored. We can provide proof of purchase to back up your claims.

Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise contact our Customer Service and ask for our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur 20% re-stocking fee, at our discretion. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 30 days from the receipt of shipment. MOST CLOTHING ORDERS ARE PURCHASED AS IS WITH NO OPTION FOR RETURN.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.

2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.

3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Cancellations:
If you must cancel your order it must be done within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be shipped to you. Once the product is shipped then you must go through the return merchandise procedure.
